For IWM Asset Management we are offering a great opportunity for you to join our front office facing finance team as a Senior Business Accountant / Controller
In this role you will be supporting the front office business in all areas of CFO / business finance & accounting
You have the opportunity to create, present and discuss the financial results in independent Asset Management legal entity board meetings
You have the accountability to ensure accurate reporting of revenues, expenses and assets under management for the Asset Management business areas under your responsibility
The task for the Ad-hoc confidential analysis for senior management on a regular basis
The responsibility for the front office business forecasting and budgeting analysis
The opportunity to liaise with the global counterparts including global Asset Management's management, COO’s and various business heads
Responsibility for continuously improving the business financial information, conceptually and operationally, in close collaboration with all partners
You Offer
A recognized financial qualification combined with a University degree or an equivalent educational background
Relevant working experience ideally gained in the financial services industry or in a similar function
Dynamic and dedicated personality with excellent communication and analytical skills
Concentrated and highly structured individual who can work independently in a highly detailed and challenging environment
Ability to work under pressure and willingness to perform in a challenging environment
Proficiency with MS Excel required and experience in working with financial reporting systems would be a plus (ie PeopleSoft/Essbase)
Fluent written and spoken German and English
