  • An interesting role as the coordinator between the Strategic Recruiter, the HR Service Center and other internal and external stakeholders, who is responsible for effective and efficient administrative execution of Relationship Manager (RM) hiring. In addition, you will deliver support for the International Wealth Management (IWM) Associate Program. The combined role is part of a global Process Management team, working in a fast-paced internal environment with strong development opportunities

  • Ownership of the RM hiring processes to ensure that the administrative steps of hiring are completed from end to end and according to internal and external standards and directives: application, interview, due-diligence, background screening, contract, side letters, visa (where applicable), onboarding

  • Coordination of international hires (e.g. relocation, schooling, cost projections etc.)

  • The chance to act as the subject matter expert on key topics and to be the main point of contact for candidate queries, interfacing with other stakeholders in the Business line, Controlling, Human Resources and IT as necessary

  • The responsibility for providing white glove service for special and senior hires

  • Lead of or participation in projects and initiatives to increase the efficiency of RM hiring

  • Support for the IWM Associate Program such as preparation of presentations for the senior management to report on progress of recruiting program and organization of onsite and offsite events across Europe

  • Data Management and reporting support: tracking and reporting on performance management of current associate population, assisting with managing and monitoring the recruiting budget and providing special analysis of candidate/prospect/hire data


 

 

You Offer

 

  • Experience in working within a commercially orientated "front (sales) organization" or other professional experience

  • Knowledge of HR processes and tools an asset but not required

  • A team-oriented personality who is able to manage different tasks at the same time, work independently and under pressure, and take accountability for actions

  • Good trouble shooting and conflict solving skills, high process and detail orientation

  • An enthusiastic self-starter who is strategic and creative in their thinking,  proactive

  • Ability to train and coach team members and to show leadership towards processing people within HR Service Center

  • Enjoy working in an international and highly demanding matrix environment

  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word and Power Point)

  • Fluency in English and German
