We offer

  • A challenging role within the Global Employee Relations ("ER") team working collaboratively and building positive relationships with the strategically aligned HRBP teams, all regional ER, HR Advisor and employment law teams

  •  Additionally you will function as strategic project Manager for the Global Head of Employee Relations, including assisting in the compilation, analyzation and communication of global RIF data and employee relations case tracking data

  • Responsible for building, obtaining approvals and communicating the annual global RIF guidelines and calendar

  • Coordinating dialogue among divisions/functions/countries for RIF windows, acting as a point of escalation/arbitration

  • You will also be responsible for ensuring central governance and, when possible, a globally consistent and efficient reduction in force ("RIF") process which adheres to local laws

  • As part of your responsibilities you will develop a RIF ‘play book’ to, in part, provide the business and HR teams with high level estimates of processing time per geography as well as RIF communications guidance

  • Additionally you will function as strategic project support for the Global Head of Employee Relations, including assisting in the compilation, analyzation and communication of global RIF data and employee relations case tracking data

  • Ensure Diversity & Inclusion is taken into account with the development of any RIF related guidelines.

You offer

  • Educated to degree level, with at least 7 years of professional experience in human resources and/or employment law; employee relations or HRBP experience preferred

  • Demonstrable track record in project management and successful delivery of complex projects

  • The understanding of business information needs and knowledge of how to translate them into reporting requirements and substantial decks, reports and/or analytics.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office/Outlook.

  • Creative problem solving skills; Fosters innovation and creativity.

  • Strong Communication skills; confident in challenging and being challenged

  • Effective time management skills and comfort working independently.

  • A collaborative and positive team member with strong organizational skills.

  • The ability to work well under tight time constraints.

  • Willingness and ability to take accountability for actions.
