• You the unique chance to drive strategic change within International Wealth Management (IWM) COO Program Delivery with initiatives aiming at establishing new international onshore locations in emerging markets, developing new business operating models, optimizing existing business and booking platforms and developing new offerings to clients across the division and across countries

• You have the chance to build and maintain strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts and senior partners across the bank


• You have an end-to-end responsibility for the business delivery of designated key projects for the IWM Business in Zurich and at various international offices


• You will partner closely with the Bank's Corporate Functions such as Front, IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Risk Management etc. to support, maintain and implement new concepts, products, services, operating models and technology architectures for IWM


• You will have exposure to senior and top management given our portfolio of business critical projects and our broad range of stakeholders at senior management levels


• You will leverage project management methodologies and best practice to ensure consistent and reliable project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets

You Offer

 

• You possess an excellent university degree or equivalent higher education in science, economics or business administration


• You have more than 5 years of experience in running complex delivery and transformation projects in an international environment. You are an expert in Business Engineering, developing creative, high-quality operating models and you provide guidance on business strategies and ownership in their implementation.


• You have gained experience in Banking and/or Consulting as well as in project management


• You have a strong background with delivering change management around large-scale transformation programs


• Your high level of flexibility, result driven personality and enthusiasm enable you to get things done efficiently while applying your conceptual and analytical skills


• You are ready to take on responsibility and ownership for dedicated tasks and projects


• You are willing to foster an innovative, and collaborative work environment


• Your open and persuasive personality as well as your strong communication skills allow you to manage the various stakeholders


• You are fluent in English; Knowledge of German and other languages is beneficial.
