  • Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? We are offering a meaningful role as Vendor Management System Specialist

  • The opportunity to represent the Workforce Life Cycle Management application and our function in business strategy discussions and ensure there is a short-term and long-term strategy for the application

  • Responsibility for the application evolution to enhance business delivery through close collaboration with VMS provider, Managed Service Provider & continuous knowledge transfer to Service Center

  • Ownership of the E2E change management process. SPOC for change requests, involving and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring that the change management process is aligned with the strategic goals of program. Guaranteeing a fully transparent tracking mechanism for all changes made to the application. Responsibility for the bi-weekly change control meeting with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  • Review, control and prioritize the proposed functional recommendations of change requestors along the guiding principles and syndicate with respective stakeholders

  • Overarching responsibility and quality assurance of user guides and internal training material as well as conducting specific trainings as required

  • Manage interface of platform with other systems, data in- and outflows for Workforce process management

  • Responsibility for challenging application workflows to enhance usability and simplicity complemented by continuous process improvement and efficiency gains

  • Accountable for ensuring data integrity of the application. Ownership of the feedback loop regarding root cause analysis of data mismatches/missing data in order to address process/system changes.

  • Responsible for approving system access requests for VMS platform via Access Management Tool

  • Management of the Business Continuity Plan for VMS platform


You Offer

 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a similar function, ideally a combination of operational, process/project management roles with an affinity for system technologies

  • Basic knowledge of standard Business Engineering (analytics, business requirements documentation) and Process Management  knowledge

  • Good ability to build strong relationship and partner with global teams

  • A precise and efficient work approach with a strong ethical and compliance attitude

  • Your strong communication, multi-tasking and time management skills enables you to quickly gain trust and build up solid working relationships

  • Ambitious personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo

  • Strong Business English and German required (spoken and written)

  • Assured knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • VMS  System knowledge is beneficial
