We currently have an opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant for the Trinseo Finance department based in Horgen, Switzerland


 


The challenge


Providing the Finance team with general administrative support: meeting organization, business trips, prepare reports, presentations and assisting with various projects such as;


·         Coordination with the Executive Assistant of CFO (based in USA), to cater to all his needs while in Switzerland and EMEA


·         Maintain confidential records and files


·         Checking of invoices and supervision of planned budget


·         Calendar management of at least one Finance Leadership Team (FLT) member


·         Backing up other Administrative Assistants and contribute to a good team atmosphere and collaborative culture


 


Your profile


·         Basic Finance understanding


·         Attention to detail and high level of accuracy


·         Flexibility to work independently in an international environment with English as the business language


·         Excellent organizational skills


·         Good sense to prioritize and for time management


·         Solid interpersonal and multicultural skills in order to establish and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels internally and externally


·         Ability to handle confidential information with discretion


·         Ability to learn fast and be flexible


 


Your qualification:


·         A minimum of five years of relevant experience, ideally in a Finance environment


·         Fluent in English and German both written and spoken is a must, any additional language is a plus


·         Excellent communication, reading, writing and organizational skills


·         Proficient in working with Windows based office systems, with emphasis on Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
