About the Job:

Qatar Airways are recruiting for an organized part time administrator to join our Commercial team in Zurich, Switzerland 


You will provide full administration support to the team. You will perform all administrative activities ensuring requests are dealt with in a timely manner to ensure a smooth running of the busy office. 


Role Accountabilities:



  • Providing administration and secretarial support for the smooth functioning on a daily basis for the outstation departments ie: commercial and ground service.


  • Co-ordinating contracts for the Commercial organization to ensure the most cost effective and efficient management of the operation.


  • Handling confidential and sensitive issues involving inter-departmental relations and communication between regional and head office.


  • Tasks relating to processing paperwork, preparing and coordinating documentation required for head office (eg. hotel bookings); Co-coordinating training requests and travel arrangements when required.


  • Coordinating internal and external communication as requested by management, promoting high standards of corporate values throughout.


  • Managing the invoice and purchase order process, ensuring compliance with internal policies.


  • Preparing charts and compiling reports as needed, ensuring that all business files are complete and properly maintained.


  • Ensuring compliance at all stations to all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the operation to guarantee employee safety, security and legislative compliance.
