As an Account Executive you willbe responsible for prospecting, generating opportunities, closing new business and growing the existing customer base in the European market. You will be recognized for your achievements and milestones.This is a fantastic opportunity for results-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced, competitive, yet collaborative work environment.


Who you are:



  • You’re a result-driven and high-energy professional with sales experience in Large Accounts.

  • You understand very quickly how a new technology can improve productivity / quality.

  • You like to share your enthusiasm by showing how Olympe can bring immediate value to customer’s.

  • You have the ability to build trusted rapport with CXO level customer contacts.

  • You have strong sales and communication skills.

  • You are comfortable with presenting technical solutions and demos.

  • You have demonstrated success of working independently as well as working in a partner based eco-system.


Requirements:



  • You have already 3+ years experience in selling enterprise software and services.

  • You have demonstrated successful track record of increasing deal size though up sell/cross sell and accelerating buying process.

  • You have experience in developing insightful and strategic territory plans which focuses on building strong pipeline of opportunities.

  • You’re experienced in managing forecasts, growing existing business relationships, acquire new business, closing deals and tracking customer data.

  • You have minimum Bachelor’s degree.

  • You’re fluent English and French.

  • You‘re willing to travel in Europe.


The icing on the cake if you



  • You speak German and/or other European language
