We are looking for a Senior General Accountant to strengthen our Finance team. You will be a member of our Global Business Service organization and be part of our Finance Front Office team located in Baden. You will support overall financial statement preparation and reporting by executing accurate and timely completion of accounting activities in compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

- Analysis: Executes accounting analyses and reports as assigned
- Reporting: Ensures the production of reports, statement of accounts, reconciliations, statements of sourcing, and application of funds
- Optimization: Assists in developing and implementing processes and procedures, and continuously optimizes to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains
- Investigation: Conducts investigations and reconciliations of accounts as necessary
- Financial Transactions: Applies accounting techniques and standard practices to the classification and recording of financial transactions
- Internal Controls: Participates in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance or comparable professional education
- More than 5 years of GA Accounting and Reporting
- Experience in Head Quarter Accounting as well as in handling inter-company transactions
- Swiss Gaps and USGAAP knowledge mandatory
- Experience in stakeholder management in a complex set-up
- Mindset to challenge the status-quo
- Familiar with LEAN methodology
- Familiar with SAP FI/CO
- Very good command of English and German
