You Offer

 

  • Long-standing experience in HR, e.g. as an HR Business Partner, Recruiting Partner, HR Specialist, Employee Relations Specialist or as a Legal or Compliance Specialist with an HR background

  • Experience in case management of complex investigations, complaints and disciplinary cases and strong knowledge of local employment law

  • Excellent writing skills in English and German (i.e. reports, memorandum etc.)

  • A proactive, analytical and result-oriented mind-set with excellent consultation skills and the ability to solve problems decisively

  • The ability to establish positive relationships and to become a trusted advisor regarding Employee Relations topics

  • The willingness to work with all levels of an organization and to influence and drive decisions with senior stakeholders

  • Experience of working within a complex, fast paced and challenging business environment

  • Confidence and credibility together with a robust and resilient personality

  • Proficiency in English and German, any other language is a plus
