The main focus of yours will be to support our relationship managers: Organize the new joiners training, document and inform stakeholders about process changes, troubleshoot processes and systems, manage services and products representing the EAM department needs
You can work on projects to improve processes and applications and be in the meaningful role of a subject matter expert
In this key function, you will work closely with relationship managers, project members as well as product manager and IT contacts of several applications and locations
You will work independently but embedded in a setup whose team spirit and specific expertise guarantee an exciting working environment

You Offer
A commercial apprenticeship is what you have completed or you hold an University degree
Sound experience in the banking industry is one of your assets that you bring to our team
You have a track record in relationship management, banking support or operational business process management in a highly complex organization
You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality, driving plans to success; your hands on approach helps to solve cumbersome problems even with manual effort
You convince with the demonstrated capability to deal with various partners on the business and IT side
You may have IT skills with abilities in the documentation and design of processes and concepts
Strong MS Office skills, especially practical Excel knowledge is required
Strong communication skills in German and English enable you to quickly gain trust and build up solid and collaborative working relationships. French and/ or Italian are a plus
