• An interesting position as JAVA Software Engineer and System Integrator within our highly motivated and agile team within Client Tax Reporting in the Tax Solutions domain of our SUB IT Solution Delivery unit


• Given our current agile transition and client tax reporting initiatives, both for Swiss and internationally booked clients, you will have the chance to play a meaningful role in the delivery of the products in an Agile/Scrum setup


• You are involved in the implementation of change requests, ranging from impact assessment to solution deployment with the main focus on development and maintenance of the applications


• You are responsible for the setup and integration of 3rd party software releases delivered by the vendor


• You are in charge of the infrastructure setup, i.e. server configuration, databases etc.


• In case of incidents, you are capable to provide 3rd level support to business users as well as operations team


• Within this role you also support the production of the various tax reports, conducted by the operations team


• You have the opportunity for the IT Application Ownership deputyship with potential for full ownership (manage releases, TCO, lifecycle)


• You have the chance to develop and grow, both professionally and personally

 

You Offer

 

• Work experience of at least 1-2 years as JAVA Software Engineer


• You have a flair and interest in digging deeper into the system / infrastructure components


• You have the flexibility to cover other roles (e.g. BA/RE, Testing) and are open for agile methodology (SCRUM)


• Experience as Business Analyst and/or Tester is beneficial


• Knowledge of transaction banking processes and financial instruments (Bonds, Funds, FX, TOFF, …) as well as Market Data is beneficial


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English


• You have a positive, can-do attitude and independent work style


• You have a strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills
