For our international partner, Roche Diagnostics International Ltd. based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Technical Project Leader 100% (m/f/d) focusing on Hardware Interfaces.

Main Tasks

• Lead concept work streams and action teams to define technical concepts in agreement with your stakeholders


• Ensure decision making on interface problems or technical clarification


• Identify and assess technical realization of risks


• Drive the assessment of different concepts in various dimensions (requirements, risk, serviceability, COGP, development costs, reliability)


• Define the interface specifications according to your team’s specific fields of responsibility


• Support the Lead System Engineer and project leader during planning and provide corresponding effort estimation and delivery timeline


• Monitor and communicate the status of your team’s output on a regular basis in agreement with the project leader


• Provide the necessary technical architecture documents


• You are accountable for the results

Requirements

• Master degree in Electrical-, Mechanical- or Mechatronics-Engineering


• You have at least 5 years of working experience in the field of product development


• At least 2 years of experience in technical project leadership in the field of mechatronics development


• Experience in the diagnostics industry or Medical Lab Automation is an advantage


• Fluent in English written and spoken (advanced level or similar) and German is an advantage


• Good communication and soft skills


• You can cooperate and network with people across functions


• IT Skills: Proficient with MS-Office, gmail, MS-SharePoint
