Your main tasks
Increase Overall CWR LMP Program Governance
Support roll out of IT access (G-PID ) to RoW – Q3
Support GBSS IT access for Hub & BDC locations – Q3
Support Change Management activities
Conduct weekly Data Quality analysis
Ongoing ad-hoc support for Workforce & MI function
Support of Professional Service Onboarding activities for Switzerland
Your Qualifications and Experience
Administrational background (preferable in Workforce Lifecycle Mgmt)
Profound analytical skills
Good planning, organizational and conceptual skills
Project & Process Management knowledge
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Good MS office knowhow (Excel VLOOKUP)
Fluency English and German
Positive, proactive attitude and independent work style; reliable and committed
Flexible all-rounder to adapt to changing tasks and capable to set priorities
Working experience in External Workforce Management
