Business Purpose


Teva is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator, based in or offices in Jona (Rapperswil) dealing with orders, creating invoices and supply services to internal customers within the Teva and TAPI (Teva's Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) organization. The person we seek will ensure correct order entry, accurate invoicing and on time communication about order and shipment status.


 


Main Responsibilities



  • Being responsible for accurate order management, pro-active supply services, good documentation practice , return management , as well as compliant and on time invoicing activities

  • Coordinating and overseeing international shipments from manufacturers directly to customers

  • Maintaining a proper communication process and establishing a good relationship with the production sites supply chain, global supply chain, and internal and external customers

  • Monitoring of back orders and following up on supply status

  • Supporting short term opportunities raised by internal or external customers and other stakeholders

  • Ensuring financial compliance related to order to cash process

  • Maintaining Master data in ERP and other relevant systems

  • Adhoc project management


Qualifications



  • You have a Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Supply Chain / Logistics and a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. in supply chain, customer service, or logistics) at an importer or distributor

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical environment including working knowledge of pharmaceutical import and distribution operations as well as order to cash management knowledge is of great advantage

  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders in the organization

  • You bring high level of passion for customer service, solution and network orientated thinking

  • You have an independent and professional working style

  • As a well-organized person you deal calmly with the pressure of deadlines and conflicting priorities
