Regulatory Monitoring Officer

Currently we are recruiting for our client, a well-known Swiss private bank, an experienced, motivated and reliable personality for its role as Regulatory Monitoring Officer.




Tätigkeiten:

• Maintain adequate, efficient and comprehensive control framework in regards to quantitative and qualitative controls for advised services in Switzerland to assess regulatory adherence (MiFID, FIDLEG)


• Setup, maintain, improve and provide regulatory relevant reporting to monitoring units as well as senior management on an international base


• Perform regulatory related 2nd line of defence controls for advisory locations in Switzerland


• Close collaboration with legal and compliance in case of amended or new validations and suitability rules


• Provide on-boarding and refresher training for the Client Investment Profile and the regulatory framework
  

Anforderungen:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Law, Finance or Economics


• Experience in regulatory aspects of the advisory business of an international private bank


• Profound understanding of advisory related processes in conjunction with good knowledge of regulatory development in the area of suitability (MiFID, CISA, FIDLEG)


• Strong analytical skills, ability to assess the full scope of a problem and technical affinity
