Trust Lawyer

Currently we are recruiting for our client, an international trust company, a Trust Lawyer 70-100%.




Tätigkeiten:

• Supporting the trust administration department in regards to the setup, administration, management and liquidation of foreign trusts and foundations as well as offshore companies


• Reviewing and drafting different types of legal documents such as trust deeds, contracts, minutes of trustee, shareholder and board of director meetings


• Drafting internal checklists and directives for offshore structures


• Participating and organizing client meetings and acquisition of new clients


• Preparing and holding internal workshops on selected offshore structuring topics


• Coordinating legal requests with Swiss and foreign lawyers regarding cross border issues
  

Anforderungen:

• Bachelor of Swiss or foreign Law


• Full STEP certification


• Minimum of 3 years of experience within trust industry
  


• Experience in drafting trust deeds and good knowledge as well as experience in the offshore structuring field and preferably with US trusts


• Client-oriented and proactive attitude
