Assistant Private Banking (temporary assignment from July until December 2019)

We are seeking for our client, an international operating bank in Zurich, a reliable personality for the temporary assignment as Assistant Private Banking from July until December 2019 (with possibility of a permanent contract). You will take over the support for clients under the responsibility of the Relationship Managers and participate to the growth of their client base in Europe, especially Germany.




Tätigkeiten:

• Frequent contact with clients, participation in various sector meetings and business training seminars
  


• Complete and control opening documents in close relationship with clients, relationship managers and internal departments
  


• General administrative assistance


• Prepare client visits and trips for the Relationship Managers


• Ensure the monitoring of controls/checks and bank regulations

Anforderungen:

• Bank apprenticeship completed with further studies/trainings combined with a relevant banking experience within Wealth Management



• Good knowledge of financial markets and products


• Open-minded personality
  


• Excellent written and oral communication skills
  

Sprachen: Fluent in (Swiss) German, English and French preferably
