We are currently hiring a Senior CRA (f/m) to work on neurological trials in Switzerland and to join our team office-based in Basel. This is a crucial role within IQVIA, you will be working together in a close relationship with one of our huge clients to support improving healthcare globally. Beside monitoring the research outcomes on an ongoing basis, you will be responsible for the site relationship management and for driving process conception and optimization forward.

While projects vary, your typical responsibilities might include:

• Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, plus maintaining appropriate documentation


• Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan


• Establishing regular lines of communication plus administering protocol and related study training to assigned sites


• Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices - escalating quality issues as appropriate


• Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query resolution


• Building up a relationship of trust with the applicable clinical research sites and collaborating closely with the principal investigators


• Being involved in the process creation and optimization in alliance with the sponsor

You should have:

• A Bachelor's or higher-level degree in a health care or other scientific discipline or educational equivalent


• At least three years of on-site monitoring experience


• Ideally you will have experience with the therapeutic area of Neurology


• Alternatively, you should have an equivalent combination of education, training and experience


• Excellent communication skills in German and in English language including good command of Italian or French language is a requirement


• You will need to be comfortable collaborating and communicating with a variety of colleagues and customers
