You will work within the Business Sustainability group which is responsible for helping Pharma Research and Early Development (pRED) maintain its License to Operate by transparently demonstrating pRED meets the high business standards demanded by both internal and external partners. Translating these demands into pragmatic and solution-oriented support for pRED scientists is increasingly important to ensure the sustainable discovery and development of new medicines.
As a member of the pRED Business Sustainability team you will contribute to key initiatives and projects to improve learning management within pRED, such as:
Develop, deliver & manage an appropriate pRED operating model for learning programmes to cover Roche, pRED, Functional and personal learning in the context of the introduction of Cornerstone as the new learning platform.
Coordinateand collaborate across pRED to ensure that training matrices are developed, made transparent and maintained enabling courses to be appropriately targeted to the right people at the right time.
Manage and motivate within a matrix as this position will not have hierarchical authority (single contributor).
Represent pRED on learning management groups within Roche.
Manage additional projects or programmes as defined by the pRED Operations Portfolio Committee
