Are you an experienced Service Delivery Manager? Do you like interacting on a global level? Do you continuously strive for optimization and improvements?
We are looking for someone who can help us:
ensure a stable and secure voice & telephony infrastructure environment (based on SIP using products from Cisco and Avaya) as well as our call centre infrastructure?
evaluate, plan and integrate voice infrastructure solutions
drive error analysis in systems and define corrective measures (you’ve got a good eye)
collaborate with cross-functional teams to work towards global IT solutions
digitize the entire voice infrastructure system
driving continuous service improvements
overseeing the contractual aspects of the outsourcing agreement
working together with our contract manager to ensure that the external service provider meets the contractually agreed SLA and KPI's
reviewing delivery proposals provided by our outsourcing partner for their effectiveness both from an operational, technical but also financial aspect
Your team:
You'll be anchored in the unified communication team in Zurich. Our team is committed to delivering a modern, effective and fast developing communication platform
Your expertise:
excellent knowledge & experience in IP Telephony (Cisco CUCM & Avaya)
the ability to drive forward and keep the overview all voice projects
experience in outsourcing agreements and managing against contractually agreed KPI's
experience working in complex infrastructure projects
experience in voice recording (NICE product suite as well as VERBA)
Good discipline in risk and control
Knowledge of call centre solutions (Genesys) would be a plus
Understanding of ITIL optional
Highly motivated and self propelled individual
fluent in German and English
highly experienced in dealing with Senior IT Stakeholders
demonstrable experience in strong operational governance and delivering a quality operational service to customers
