Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager ICO

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
You will find yourself in an important coordinator/project manager role in toll manufacturing projects where cross functional interaction is essential
Managing quality and completeness of the documentation that goes into a toll manufacturing tender submission and are responsible for verifying all specifications
Responsible for developing the overall excipient & intermediate business, in conjunction with the global excipient & intermediate strategy and sales targets
Drives excipient & intermediate deals to completion in coordination with regulatory, quality assurance, finance and other internal key stakeholders
Manages the business relationship with excipient & intermediate customers and ensures a strong commercial voice within CSL at the operational level
Assumes an essential coordinator role in compliance with, and implementation of, excipient & intermediate deals after contract signature
Is responsible for delivering sales reports and demand forecasts for the toll manufacturing, excipient & intermediate businesses at the required intervals (weekly, monthly, annual), as well as bi-monthly narrative reports, and contributes to the development of the annual budget and strategic plan
Supports the director, strategic partnerships in carrying out the toll manufacturing, excipient & intermediate businesses strategies, and meeting their annual targets

Qualifications & Experience
Masters or bachelors degree in an industry-related field
Minimum of 10 years of working experience, 5 years experience in integrated manufacturing companies and/or 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Specific experience in the bio-therapeutics sector a plus
Experience in sales or other commercial discipline
Involved in contract negotiation and customer relationship management
Used to work with cross-functional and international teams (e.g., plasma supply, regulatory, manufacturing, quality, sales & marketing)
Demonstrated understanding of aspects influencing commercial sales (e.g., market situation, distribution channels, competitors)
Ability to manage complex projects across line functions, sites and time zones
Back office skills, i.e. ability to work in a structured and systematic way with internal processes and systems
Excellent verbal and written English, proficiency in German a plus
