You will work in a team to develop and create presentations / publications for the Asset Management business as well as digital content. Based in the Asset Management department, you will work closely with various stakeholders including Product Specialists, Research Analysts, Portfolio Managers, Corporate Communications, IT and Legal & Compliance.Responsibilities
Hands-on production of high quality Asset Management marketing documentation, namely design, proofreading, and coordination of international legal approvals
Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner to meet deadlines
Actively support the digital transformation of our Asset Management communication activities by taking on responsibility in projects as well as developing existing web content
Manage and develop on- and offline communication and distribution channels
Analyse marketing material with respect to the competitive environment and generate new ideas to improve our communication activities
Build strong relationships with experts across Asset Management units
Profiles
Proven experience in hands-on creation of marketing materials, ideally in the Finance industry or Asset Management
Ability to manage projects from start to finish, taking a proactive approach and managing multiple stakeholders with high attention to detail and professionalism
Investment marketing knowledge of Asset Management products
Professional MS PowerPoint and Word skills are mandatory
Solid written and verbal communication skills in German and English; French would be advantageous
Creative way of thinking while demonstrating high attention-to-detail and consistency
Can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines with a proactive, enthusiastic and client-centric approach
