Mission

To develop and support our IT and Business transformation, we need to effectively develop, promote and serve a new IT Digital Workplace with and for our users.The Senior IT Manager for EMEA region is acting as a business partner which understands internal customers challenges, expresses their needs and works with cross-functional and multi-sites teams to deliver a strategy and execution plan. As a team manager he develops people, fosters innovation and maintains a high sense of customer relations of his group with the various stakeholders.To support this need, we are looking for a digital change manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Digital Workplace operations within large, complex environments including multiple international sites.The position is based in our Headquarters in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland.



This position reports to: Vice President IT EMEA & APAC

This position subordinates: 8 FTE on 4 sites

Responsibilities:



  • Demonstrate confidence in delivering the digital workplace environment using methodologies, tools and data. Understand current and anticipated future business and functional needs



  • Document and analyze business requirements, produce synthetic and consistent overviews and produce recommendations

  • Oversee and lead launch of solutions and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization. Demonstrate personal credibility as a digital adoption change agent.

  • Create consensus with other functions as to the timing of solution and service deployments and retirements

  • Lead/Support the development and promotion of digital adoption in the organization. Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address Business department needs

  • Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company and IT standards and policies as well as Business needs



  • Partner with key CIO staff members to contribute to the strategic roadmap and plans

  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office on the project pipeline and prioritization of candidate projects across the company

  • Ensure the success of the IT Digital Workplace service operations, such as SCCM, end-point devices, Windows 10, printing service …

  • Motivate and develop the team, define goals, set up development plan and conduct regular review. Build solid relationships within the team, maintaining friendly and pleasant work conditions and a collaborative atmosphere


 


Ideal background:



  • Engineering degree in technology / computer science or equivalent



  • Preferably 10 years IT experience, with 5 years focused on IT Services

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of IT service operations

  • Provide a range of client facing business adoption skills including project planning, digital enabled communications and engagement, workshop design and facilitation

  • Demonstrate proven relationship management experience and ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels



  • 5 years proven team management experience



  • Possess a broad knowledge of most IT technical and business resources and use of it to develop appropriate proposals

  • Experience in IT transformation of a service-oriented organization is a plus

  • ITIL certification is a plus
