Job Description


As Learning Coordinator, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Provide logistical support for local and global learning events (technology set-up, room set-up, producing training materials, creating agendas and binders, ordering catering)
• Provide support to the Solothurn Site on New Employees onboarding
• Serve as point of contact on upcoming Learning Events
• Assist functional learning partners by maintaining learning assets within Learning Management System
• Participate in the review of training materials to ensure Quality standards and consistency across global learning events being supported
• Work closely with the colleagues from our Zug Office as part of the global team in Switzerland

Qualifications


• A first successful experience within an international Corporate environment
• Previous experience in working with a Learning Management System is a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German
• You have strong organizational skills and are able to build strong relationships across our global offices
• You are looking for a multicultural and fast-moving environment


Education


Apprenticeship within a related field and additional training within Learning/HR or Bachelor’s Degree (and equivalent) in a relevant field.
