Operational Risk Manager

Lombard Odier à Genève recherche une personne susceptible de remplir ce cahier des charges :

YOUR MISSION:

• Engage as required with ad-hoc projects led either by the Group Risk Management function or as risk representative on projects led by other functions/business areas;


• Development and maintenance of the Operational Risk management tools and policies;


• Design and preparation of risk management reports to the Group’s relevant governance bodies;


• Management of operational risk incidents: follow-up, coordination of the investigation and reporting;


• Coordinate and challenge Risk and Control Self Assessments exercise with all businesses, incl. open action monitoring;


• Design and conduct targeted assurance reviews, reporting on and presenting on emerging themes as needed;


• Ensure effective collaboration with the other control functions and representatives of the business (1st line of defence).

DESIRED PROFILE:

• Sound knowledge of Bank processes front to back with experience in a control (risk, audit, compliance) function;


• Legal experience gained in a business or governance context;


• Superlative attention to detail; experience in Management Information and reporting preferred;


• Fluent in both French and English; with particularly strong English writing skills to enable policy review;


• Knowledge of key regulations from Swiss and European perspective is an advantage;


• Flexible attitude with ability to actively re-prioritise and adjust to changing needs on an ongoing basis;


• Team player, independent in carrying out the assigned activities;


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;


• Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels;


• Strong understanding of operational risks across a number of drivers (Fraud, Process, IT Security, Information Risk, Regulatory Risk);


• Knowledge and experience in project management is an advantage;


• Swiss Domicile.
