Cryoprobe 2nd-Level Support Engineer (f/m)

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

• Operate a targeted global hotline for Bruker service engineers and customers


• Teach courses for Bruker service engineers, occasionally abroad


• Participate in R&D hardware and software projects


• Develop and review manuals and technical sales documents


• Perform on-site troubleshooting and service of CryoProbe systems in complex cases


• Assist in evaluation and validation of new products and software


• Conduct site planning for CryoProbe systems

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in science or engineering, PhD is an advantage
  


• Advanced proficient in MS Office suite


• Basic application knowledge of NMR spectrometers
  


• Analytical thinking in depth and breadth


• Service-oriented mindset and deliverables


• Able to work independently and within a team


• Proficient English and German verbal and written language, at least CEFR Level B2; French language desirable


• Willingness to travel, also overseas
