Project Manager, Private Infrastructure

What it's about

• Based in Zug, Switzerland, you will report directly to the Private Infrastructure department head and Executive Committee member and support on various projects and initiatives aiming at ensuring business and operational success of the department and the firm.


• Drive business analysis for strategic and operational projects of the Infrastructure Business Department;


• Develop strategic and operational business initiatives in liaison with Business Unit executives;


• Prepare management presentations;


• Draft executive committee meeting papers


• Track business department and business unit goals, coordinate with stakeholders on progress and milestone achievements and regularly report to executive bodies;


• Facilitate local, regional and global Business Department and Leadership Offsites;


• Take ownership for Business Department project management initiatives (incl. data driven research and analysis for such projects), monitor project progression and prepare project status updates;

What we expect

• Top academic credentials;


• 1-3 years' experience, preferably within private equity/asset management, consulting or IB


• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel;


• Excellent organizational skills;


• Detail oriented;


• Great communication and interpersonal skills;


• Entrepreneurial, driven and proactive mind-set;


• Strong desire to learn and succeed;


• Project management skills are a plus;


• Proficiency in English, German is an asset.
