A wide variety of tasks such as assist in the analysis of enquiries and submissions to the Reputational Risk Review Process (RRRP) in line with the Bank’s Risk Appetite framework; maintaining confidentially of enquires and/or submissions is key
An unusual chance to take responsibility for maintenance and further development of the management information of the RRRP, producing regular and ad hoc reports and presentations as required
You will support the Reputational Risk Approvers (RRA) in their assessment of submissions, providing additional information where required
You will be a point of contact for employee questions concerning the RRRP and will get along with the Reputational Risk teams globally to ensure good communication, consistency of approach, sharing of ideas and implementation of initiatives
Monitoring tasks around the RR system including open submissions, processing administrative changes as well as monitoring submissions approved with conditions to ensure timely closure and adherence to the RR Policy on conditional approvals
A platform which gives you the chance to define and maintain the network with internal partners in particular First Line of Defense Support, Compliance and Front/Market Office Support functions as adequate
You Offer
Do you have a University degree in economics, law, politics or similar education or a banking or financial industry background?
Are you used to act independently, to structure and prioritize your duties, to carry out multiple tasks simultaneously and to take care of urgency situations and temporary high work load?
A practical common sense approach with strong risks and controls mind-set, readiness of mind and analytical thinking
Are excellent writing skills and overall good verbal communication as well as presentation skills in German and English what you possess? Other languages as French, Italian or Spanish are an asset
You have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
