Group Change Portfolio Management (GCPM) is the Group function that manages the Bank’s change investment and execution governance. We have a challenging opportunity to shape change investment and execution decisions at the highest levels of the Bank, across our 2 billion CHF change portfolio. The role is focused on analyzing current change execution practices and then developing and implementing changes that will help drive up overall change delivery efficiency across the bank. This will be done at both the Group level and at the individual divisional / Corporate Function level.
We Offer:
An exciting position to you as an Execution Advisor / Consultant role within Group Change Portfolio Management (GCPM) providing support to one or more change portfolios. They will be tasked with gaining a good understanding of the key programs within the portfolio to provide independent advice and guidance to aid program delivery
The identification of systemic Group wide opportunities to drive up overall change delivery effectiveness and the delivery of the required changes to this effect
You will have the chance to make an impact: your analysis will drive decision-making and behavioral change throughout the bank
It's your opportunity to learn and individually develop as the role covers change programs in all of the bank’s Divisions and Corporate Functions and is focused on an emergent topic - analytics
You will experience exposure to and partnership with senior stakeholders including the Head of Group GCPM, the Group COO’s management team, and the COO / change organizations
In exchange, we are looking for someone who is flexible and ambitious, nimble and eager to experiment
Once a certain level of understanding has acquired, you will provide advice and guidance to the portfolio / program managers acting as a useful 2nd / 3rd pair of eyes
In this key role, you will act as a SME for all GCPM mandated standards and processes
Attendance and active participation in a portfolio’s formal governance processes and selected steering meetings relating to key / focus initiatives within a portfolio
Providing insights which could lead to a more efficient execution of their portfolio and identifying systemic inter and cross portfolio opportunities to increase the efficiency of change execution

You are a well rounded (preferably) former management consultant who has strategy, change management and data analytics experience and is comfortable getting hands-on to deliver impact, while also thinking about the big picture
A strong background in project/program execution is what you combine with a strong sense of ownership
You are a dedicated problem solver, self-starter with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
An ability to use fact and experience to influence portfolio and program teams to accept and implement new ideas
The ability to quickly understand the basics and subsequently the detail behind complicated programs
Agile mindset, you take initiatives and are comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Quantitative and analytical skills
Strong presentation and communication skills - ability to tell a compelling story based on quantitative and qualitative data to an executive audience
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills - you can build positive relationships
Fluent in English; every additional language is a plus
