Business Project & Process Manager (f/m), 100%, Zurich


 
 
Tasks 

  • Plan and manage the implementation of key internal projects to agreed timescales and in accordance with the scope and budget agreed with stakeholders

  • Execute various project delivery activities, including issue resolution, progress reporting, risk management, budget management and documentation

  • Execute process improvement projects, such as Lean Six Sigma

  • Use appropriate tools and techniques to manage resources and deliverables

  • Achieve measured improvements in business operations productivity and efficiency

  • Liaise with various functional experts and stakeholders towards solutions and processes

  • Write requirements / specifications in case where technology is part of the solution

  • Provide Project Management Office services

  
Travel Availability Regular  
Education 

  • University Degree Business / Economics

  • Process Management Certification (Lean Six Sigma or others) mandatory

  • Project Management Certification (such as Prince2 or similar) mandatory

  • Change Management Education optional

  
Type of work experience 

  • Proven experience in Project Management, 5 years minimum

  • Proven experience in Process Management, 3 years minimum

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and solution delivery in a fast, responsive and commercially focused environment

  • Proven track record of implementing lean projects

  • Experience in managing and coordinating teams across multiple regions

  • Ideally has acted as a change agent or similar in large transformation program before


Other requirements 
Technical skills

Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers


Experience of running projects with basic Project Management discipline and common tools


Experience with Process Management methodologies and tools


Social skills

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills


Strong achiever who is results orientated


Highly organized with excellent planning skills
Strong relationship management skills
