Quality Assurance Manager (m/f)

Our client is a global leader in offering services of collection and cryopreservation of stem cells (collection, process, tests and storage of cord blood). For its Quality Department in Canton of Ticino, we are looking for a professional with strong team spirit to join an amazing team as Quality Assurance Manager. You will work in a very collaborative and inclusive environment where you will have an opportunity to grow professional career. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for guaranteeing conformity of the quality system of the company, as well as to focus and promote continuous improvement of the quality system. In this role, you will be reporting directly to Managing Director.

Your responsibilities:



  • Creating, updating and implementing the methodologies established for management of the quality system

  • Disclosing new documentation and controlling documents and records

  • Ensuring that outputs are being achieved from each process

  • Analyzing and developing measures to solve problems related to the quality

  • Creating the Management Review Report with the inputs coming from the management

  • Coordinating quality requirements from stakeholders (customers/authorities)

  • Ensuring integrity of the quality system when changes are planned or implemented

  • Supporting management in the development of goals and related KPIs

  • Controlling new versions of Good Manufacturing and Distribution Practice and other relevant guidelines and updating a team with relevant information

 

Your profile:

  • University degree in Microbiology, Biology or Pharmaceutical Sciences

  • Minimun two years of professional experience in quality assurance/quality control in pharmaceutical GMP (manufacturing) environment based on ISO 9001

  • Knowledge and trainings on the guidelines for GMP 

  • Fluent in Italian and English 

  • Proficient in MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word)

  • Extremely detail oriented, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong problem solving, analytical and time management skills

  • Structured, focused and well-organized working attitude

  • Excellent continuous improvement skills

  • Friendly and polite personality
