Business Development Manager Europe & Africa (temporary as maternity cover)

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor the advance of the current regional reporting tool project.


• Provide client and sell –out data analyses for the business development team, markets and global business partners.


• Close maintenance of our regional client data base. Update records of clients following GDPR regulations.


• Provide support in creating and presenting systems change requests, testing and training to the users.


• Coordination and monitoring of e-CRM activities for regional affiliates (e-mail send out and POS phone calls to clients)

 

Your Profile

• University degree in Analytics, Business or Statistics. Marketing or CRM studies are a plus.


• Strong command on Excel and MS-Office applications.


• Strong affinity to data management and visualization tools.


• Organizational and project management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects in cross-functional collaboration.


• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.


• Knowledge in Excel Power BI and Qlik analytics products is a plus.


• Previous SAP experience/exposure is a plus.
