Your day to day

Join us as a BarmanM/F:

In this position, your main duties will be to:

• Set up, clear, clean and tidy up the Bar.


• Prepare the drinks (classic cocktails from the menu and also compositions of your choice) and provide service at the Bar.


• Perform customer service: take orders, announce orders at the Bar, prepare the bills, handle payments and receipts, clear and clean the tables.


• Monitor beverage stocks: orders from suppliers, reception and storage of bottles.


• Ensure a quality service to satisfy our clientele.


• Know the menus perfectly in order to advise customers.

What we need from you

With a higher degree in Hospitality, you have minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel’s bar of the same size and category (4- to 5-star). You possess in-depth knowledge in mixology. 

You are fluent in French and English. Mastering a third foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable.

Knowledge of Simphony is also a plus.

This position is to be filled from June 2019. The position is opened to Swiss citizens and EU passport holders.
