  • A challenging role in the global Group Finance team with senior management exposure, providing open and reliable information to the CS Executive Board, the Board of Directors and other stakeholders and optimizing the use of financial resources. This includes the analysis of business results to enable the offering of greater transparency over the Credit Suisse financial results, trends, performance indicators and efficiency measures

  • Supporting the regular financial updates to the Group CFO as well as performing ad hoc financial analysis to support senior managements' business requirements as well as participation in the quarterly and annual external reporting process

  • End-to end responsibility for planning, tracking and quality assurance of the reporting processes including critical issue and mitigation of issues in collaboration with involved partners across the bank

  • Building and maintaining the Group Reporting metrics and KPI inventory and offering enhanced analytics to support the Group's Performance Measurement

  • The role includes regular contact with divisional and regional controlling teams around the world as well as with subject matter experts in matters such as Capital Management, Basel Risk Measurement, Treasury and Financial Accounting

  • Active involvement in and lead of projects related to design of new reports, redesign of existing reports/ processes to reflect changing Information requirements

  • Establish and maintain process descriptions as well as involvement with quarterly SOX testing


You Offer

 

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Business Mathematics

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of Management Accounting experience, ideally gained within the Financial Services industry 

  • Finance qualification such as CMA, CIMA. Chartered Accountancy or equivalent is a plus. US Gaap and Swiss/ UK Gaap knowledge an advantage

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Eagerness to learn, focused on continuous improvements of the current process governance and execution, including improving tools and systems

  • Strong excel skills is a requirement, Hyperion a plus

  • Convincing personality with distinct high-quality attitude, customer focus and willingness to focus and commit during peak times

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken 

  • A winning and open personality with a high degree of interpersonal combined with an outstanding ability to communicate and to lead a team

  • Personal integrity, with the initiative and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, dedication and energy
