In order to reinforce our team in Bern we are seeking a

Service Delivery Manager

Your responsibilities

• Interface regularly with Sales, IP connectivity suppliers, VAS vendors and IPX team to support
  Comfone’s customers


• Serve as a single point of contact responsible for the implementation of Comfone services


• Analyse customer’s technical requirements and propose optimal cost efficient solutions to fulfil
  customer’s needs


• Discuss technical implementation part with customers (implementation documents, call flows,
  diagrams)

Who you are

• High commitment and strong customer focus


• Technical degree (University degree or higher education)


• Several years of proven experience in Telecom (SS7 Signalling, Diameter Signalling, GRX)


• Proactive approach and strong management skills


• Knowledge about Data Clearing and Financial Clearing processes is a plus


• Fluent in spoken and written English, extra languages are a plus


• You are willing to work in Bern, Switzerland


• The position is open to Swiss and EU nationals, and to holder of a valid Swiss work permit
