Specific responsibilities: • Coordinate preparation of budget assumptions for sites working with management team aligned with functional strategies, consolidate budget inputs, and facilitate management reviews prior to original budget finalization and consecutive revised forecasts to improve predictability on costs and productivities. • Manage specific improvement projects to provide information and analysis to be considered in the opportunities generation. • Contribute to the definition and evolution of Quality KPIs working with COE and Excellence groups covering all products categories. • Drive standardized reporting framework as a member of reporting community and governance for KPI Dashboard. • Continuously develop the collaborative environment with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and relevant communication. • Establish governance and tracking processes to ensure delivery and progress against strategy mater-plan working with initiative owners across the site and central function.
