Senior Java Developer Zurich/Switzerland – Crypto Assets & Quantitative Trading Systems

 Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer based in our Zurich office. As a Senior Java Developer you will design and implement strategic features for our core product AlgoTrader and quantitative trading strategies for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of future releases of AlgoTrader including key infrastructure components such as low latency order management, execution algorithms, smart order routing, event handling, big data management, messaging and business services.


• Analysis, Design, Implementation and Testing of quantitative trading strategies based on client specific requirements.


• Close collaboration with product management, development team, head of development and customers.


• Following current industry trends and incorporating best practices into the solution.

Knowledge/Experience:

• MUST HAVE: Experience in the trading domain, preferably with quantitative trading strategies based on Stocks, Forex, Futures, Options and/or Crypto Assets


• Experience with algorithmic trading systems and low-latency trading.


• Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Engineering and/or Computer Science.


• At least 5 years hands-on professional experience in the Java enterprise environment.


• Experience with agile and test driven development.


• Experience in working in a distributed global environment.

Required Skills:

• MUST HAVE: Very good expertise in the Java 8 SE/EE.


• Very good expertise in software patterns and architectural enterprise concepts.


• Very good expertise in building multi-threaded & distributed systems.


• Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate & FIX Protocol.


• Good understanding of RDBMS and optionally Big Data.


• Hands-on experience with Maven, Git, Jenkins & Nexus.


• Very strong communication skills and fluent in English.

Senior Sales Manager Singapore – Crypto Assets & Quantitative Trading Systems

 Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager based in our new Singapore office. As Senior Sales Manager you will manage new deals and existing contracts with leading buy side firms, creating new opportunities and growing the company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales to new and existing clients.


• Manage the entire sales process through lead qualification, business analysis, client demo, negotiation and deal closing.


• Cooperate with sales support and pre-sales engineers to increase sales.


• As a sales hunter you will be expected to hit sales targets and measured on delivering new business.

Knowledge/Experience:

• 5+ years of strategic B2B sales experience in the in selling software solutions and products.


• Existing network within the buy side (quant hedge funds, prop shops, market makers etc.).


• Experience in selling to multiple levels within client organizations, up to C-level management.


• Proven track record of meeting sales targets with > $1 million sales quota per year.


• Extensive experience in building and maintaining account relationships.


• Generation of sales strategies for different target groups.


• Hands-on professional experience in the software development industry.


• Fluent with proactive sales approaches.


• Experience in working in a distributed global environment.

Required Skills:

• Master’s degree or higher in Business or Engineering.

Pre-Sales Engineer Singapore – Crypto Assets & Quantitative Trading

 Job Overview:

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer based in our new Singapore office. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be part of the AlgoTrader sales team and support the sales process and deal flow. You will collaborate closely with the sales, consulting services, product development and technical support teams to ensure that proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address client needs. You will be reporting to the global Chief Revenue Officer directly.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with project inquiries.


• Collaborate on the design of quantitative trading strategies for our clients.


• Collaborate on project estimations.


• Perform client presentations of our solution AlgoTrader.


• Ensure technical support of sales staff and client trials.


• Collaborate on the development of our product AlgoTrader.


• Follow current industry trends and incorporate best practices into the solution.

Knowledge/Experience:
