Your responsibilities



  • Delivery of IT projects (Cloud Transformation, Digitalization, Modern Workplace)

  • Managing a global project team and establishment of interdisciplinary project organisations

  • Responsibility for ensuring service provisioning with regard to deliverables, deadlines, costs and risks

  • Presentation and reporting to client and the steering committee

  • Collection and classification of client requirements and feasibility assessments

  • Coordination tasks and close collaboration with the IT Infrastructure & Workplace team leads

  • Be a Change Agent for RUAGs Agile Transformation


Your profile



  • Successfully completed college/university degree in Information Technology or comparable qualification

  • Project management training or certification (IPMA, PMP or PRINCE2), Agile methods exposure desired

  • IT Service Management

  • Several years of experience as an internal IT project manager in a medium- to large international industrial company

  • Experience and knowledge in the field of IT infrastructure (datacenter, cloud, interfaces, communications networks, workplace, IT systems and processes)

  • Forward-looking and solution-oriented; assertive and innovative

  • Proficiency in English. Other languages advantageous

  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and abroad according to project assignments
