SCOTT Sports SA is an international sporting goods company. We develop, produce and market bikes, motosports, skis and running products worldwide. To consolidate our Road Bike Division engineering team in Givisiez (Switzerland) we are seeking a

 Junior Product Manager Syncros Components and Accessories

Tasks:

• Product management of SYNCROS components and accessories specified on SCOTT bikes and/or sold aftermarket only


• Market research and products reviews


• Product strategy for the next years models


• Budget edition for the coming projects = investments vs earning, …


• Communication, coordination and planning setting between design, packaging and engineering teams


• Product sourcing by suppliers based in Asia, Europe and USA


• Product line management including specifications, graphics, packaging, pricing and margin


• Coordination between manufacturing facilities, purchasing, logistic and sales Departments


• Marketing and sales support; customer product presentation


• Support at shows and events

 We expect:

• A first experience in Product Management is highly appreciated


• Ability to work independently and prioritize the work accordingly


• Forward thinking and strategic skills


• Active use of the products is required (Avid cyclist)


• MS Office advanced knowledge


• Fluency in English and German or French


• Skills for price negotiations
