An on call position with flexible and irregular working hours (during standard office hours) and assignment periods on an hourly payment
You will become part of a dynamic, skilled and highly motivated team that handles events, marketing and communication activities for the recruitment organization
The opportunity for you to support the team members with their daily tasks such as creation, planning and execution of internal and external events for students and graduates including marketing activities, invoicing, updating of documents and further administration

You Offer
You are currently doing your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
You have gained first work experience in a commercial area, ideally you have worked on Marketing, Branding or HR projects
You have strong communication skills, are able to structure your work independently and truly enjoy helping your team colleagues
We are looking for a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude with openness for last-minute schedule changes in stride
Fluent German and English skills are required. If you have good language skills in French or Italian, this would be a plus
