  • You an exciting opportunity to become a member of the Professional Development team Switzerland who provides learning and development expertise and solutions for the Swiss Universal Bank (SUB) and International Wealth Management (IWM) with a focus on client facing employees

  • The chance to actively support senior project leaders in building and running a new suite of learning and development interventions for the business in alignment with the Bank’s overall strategy on Banking on Talents

  • You will have the opportunity to play an active part in a global team whilst be a project supporter and responsible person for the solution building and rollout for the SUB and IWM Divisions

You Offer

 

  • A higher education and a background in the banking business (approximately 5 years working experience)

  • The ability to translate business strategy into learning and development solutions, while demonstrating analytical, conceptual and project management skills

  • A real passion for talent development and enthusiasm to pass on professional expertise

  • A committed, collaborative, client-focused personality who enjoys interaction with various stakeholders

  • A self-starter with a high energy level and willing to navigate in a dynamic and collaborative environment

  • Personal integrity, initiative and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are required

  • Fluency in German and English, other languages are a plus
