You’ll have the opportunity as Business Project Manager to gain extensive experience of all aspects of regulatory reporting. As part of Trade & Transactions Reporting, a department in Regulatory Strategy & Business Change, you drive forward regulatory projects for both our Swiss Universal Bank as well as International Wealth Management divisions. The goal is to deliver an integrated regulatory trade and transactions reporting platform and controls framework for it. In this function you will get the following rare opportunities: 

  • You will take responsibility as Business Project Manager for driving regulatory projects independently but also part of a team

  • You will work in partnership with global stakeholders to analyze regulatory impacts, work out gaps to the current state, document business requirements, develop solution options (tactical & strategic) and get the buy in

  • Run meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements; provide detailed specifications to IT to build solutions

  • Challenge the proposed architecture, implementation methods and costs

  • Providing subject matter expertise and resolving issues that come up during the implementation and testing phases or new systems evaluation phases

  • Perform deep dive analysis on reporting issues to determine the best way forward and present findings and solution to partners

You Offer

 

  • At least 5-6 years professional financial market experience, ideally within Capital Market and Investment Banking

  • A track record in a complex regulatory driven environment and regulatory reporting projects – ideally EMIR, MiFIR, FinfraG, SFTR

  • You bring is strong experience in driving complex implementation projects

  • You have the ability to work independently with a dedicated hands-on-approach as well as a high level of reliability and team-orientation

  • You are well-structured, reliable and dedicated, showing a natural ability to handle a significant number of dependencies

  • You are a dedicated problem solver with delivery oriented and can-do attitude

  • You are result-oriented and able to operate effectively under time pressure

  • You have an ability to effectively collaborate in a distributed team, especially with IT Development and Testing teams

  • You have strong problem-solving skills with ability to turn around ad-hoc requests on short notice

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of German would be an advantage

  • With your strong relationship building and consultation skills you show a natural ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients.

  • You have a cultural sensitivity in order to work in a global environment

  • A strong Credit Suisse know-how is an asset
