For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are looking for an ambitious Senior Project Manager - ERP (m/f).
Tasks & Responsibilities
Responsible to build up and manage the IT schedule / detailed project plan for both projects in alignment with business leads and project coordinators.
Ensure resource request, assigned in time and budget forecasted
Attend sounding boards and project governance boards as deemed appropriate
Ensure delivery of all project management deliverables
Coordinate the work of the different delivery teams
Interface and collaborate closely with the Business teams globally and locally.
Can take the role as scrum master in case required during some work package executions.
Ensure system deliverables and documentation as required are delivered in time
Align with CSV resource
Provide project status reports, status meetings, action-, risks- and issues logs
Manage risk log closely
Coordinate and support team activities, involving subject matter experts (SMEs), the global and the local IT teams as appropriate
Coordinate potential escalation of challenges and questions

Work location: mainly Basel region
Remote: Possible 1 day per week, prior approval needed.
Travel: May be required but only exceptionally
Must haves
7+ years of experience in delivering projects within complex system environment and with system integrations to external parties
7+ years of relevant experience in a multinational Pharma company
Experience in serialization within Pharma Industry with proven track record of delivered projects
IT background as solution architect/IT business analyst who has developed into IT project management
Experience in IT project management within Pharma Industry and multi-cultural environment
Experience of CSV/ GxP relevant project scope
Great customer focus skills and attention to details (proactive, communicative and a “thinker”)
Great communication skills (excellent English language skills)
Strong team player with leadership skills and proven track record of decision taking and escalations handling
Nice-to-haves
Experience in GS1 GDSN related projects
Agile Scrum master certification
SAP ATTP/ICH/ERP experience
Supply Chain process expertise
