o support our Marketing Rights Delivery Department within the FIFA Commercial Division, FIFA is looking to recruit an experienced person with the ability to work in cross-divisional teams as a:
Marketing Rights Delivery Coordinator
Your duties


  • Supporting the delivery of all Marketing Rights Delivery aspects for various FIFA Events

  • Participating coordination within various FIFA Divisions in the implementation of rights and various marketing event projects.

  • Delivering all contractual and other rights given to FIFA Commercial Affiliates within the confines of the events.

  • Assisting the MRD team in the day-to-day administrative workload

  • Preparing of presentations, guidelines, regulations, venue documentation and manuals.

  • Attending frequent visits to venues and event sites with other FIFA Divisions, Commercial Affiliates and event suppliers

Our requirements


  • University degree and minimum 2 years of Event Management experience or Sponsorship management

  • Agency background a plus with adaptability to work in a complex environment

  • Fluency in English with one other FIFA language is a must ideally (German, French and/or Spanish).

  • Willing to support other the Rights Delivery team members in the day-to-day administrative workload

  • Flexibility to travel several weeks per year due to the nature of FIFA events is a must
