Your role:


Do you like to drive change in a global Finance organization? Do you know how to solve problems? We are looking for someone like this to:


• analyze, evaluate and re-design processes, organizational responsibilities and controls


• implement process, organization and control solutions with various stakeholders


• closely partner with management on various levels and facilitate for sustainable solutions


• Write, review Business requirement documentations and coordinate projects front to back (end users requirements and interactions with IT and modelling functions)


This role is related to the setup, development and enhancement of Liquidity Management tools in the area of Treasury Liquidity Management. It covers mainly project development elements such as governance, Business requirement documentation, process design and stakeholder management. The role allows you to interact with many stakeholders from different departments within and outside of the Treasury organization and a delivery-oriented work with diversified tasks in an agile project environment.


Your team:


You will be working in the Liquidity and Funding Transformation Management team in Zurich. The team supports the design and roll-out of Liquidity Management tools addressing internal and regulatory requirements in the area of Treasury Liquidity Management. The main topics currently in scope are the forecasting of Liquidity and Funding metrics, the acceleration of internal and regulatory liquidity indicators, Fund Transfer Pricing and intercompany flow of funds.


Your expertise:


You have:


• a degree in business administration, banking and finance, or economics


• experience in Treasury and liquidity topics is a strong advantage


• business analysis or project management experience in the financial industry /consultancy


• strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills combined with a proactive working approach


• strong communication and facilitation skills


• proficiency in Power Point, Excel (e.g. VBA) and SQL

• an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills


• a flexible, resilient team player with a positive and proactive attitude


• known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks


• fluent in English
