To ensure that we continue to fulfill this task in the future, we are seeking a/an:Instructor for ATCO Initial Training and ATSEP TrainingThe holder of this position shall conduct and lead the delivery of training events, subjects and courses for internal and external customers as representative of a highly competent and flexible, multilingual initial training team.YOUR TASK
Manage and organize the relevant training content according to current training plans, methodical and pedagogical skyguide training center guidelines (training vision), and national and international rules and regulations
Responsibility for theory subjects as a Subject Matter Expert/Specialist (SME)
Development and design, preparation and delivery of the material needed for the dedicated subjects/topics
Responsibility for the coaching of students/trainees/clients during simulation exercises
Responsibility for a dedicated course, discipline or class in basic or rating courses
YOUR PROFILE
Current or former licensed Air Traffic Controller validated in at least one but if possible in different Ratings (TWR, APS, APP, ACC)
Holder of an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) license endorsement, Classroom Instructor certificate, Assessor endorsement
Excellent communication skills
Customer service orientation & Team player
Minimum 5 Years proven work experience as an Air Traffic Controller, minimum 2 Years experience as OJTI
Hand-on experience with Microsoft Office
Proven time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks and multiple work assignments
