Some of our most valuable business comes from existing customers. That’s because our Business Development Sales team takes care to forge strong and insightful relationships with them. To gain understanding of the unique and changing factors that drive purchasing decisions, the team develops connections at all levels of a client’s business. They use their insight to identify and create new opportunities – and to build the business development strategies that underpin successful sales. As well as maximizing revenue, they take responsibility for accurate forecasts.


Key Responsibilities



  • Drive Telco NEP and Service Provider business development within defined region/remit across EMEA

  • Support Core Dell teams as an SME on Telco Solutions and market dynamics

  • Support Telco Solutions PG in identifying, developing and GTM motions for the Telco market.


Essential Requirements



  • Senior-level professional, advanced understanding of the  product and services portfolio

  • Gains access and creates superior relationships with senior level executives and influential stakeholders to sustain a long-term relationship

  • Responsible for working with applications vendors to get our products and services bundled in the solution

  • Focuses on strategic business to further advance the sales strategy

  • Owns application vendor relationship

  • Engages appropriate internal and external resources to achieve desired sales results

  • Accomplished sales professional, contributing beyond self, sought out by others


Desirable Requirements



  • Able to negotiate  most forms of contract

  • Understands pricing model and develop vendor quotes (with the assistance of finance)

  • Able to coordinate our resources sales, product/service group, and operations to meet both vendor and customer needs

  • Uses in depth knowledge of technology, products and services to help customers formulate strategy and direction

  • Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/ meet customer needs
