Operations Project Manager - Program Office

As an Operations Project Manager at Beekeeper you will orchestrate operational management of cross-functional and organisational projects, arranging meetings and reviewing challenges before they are brought to the C-level executive team. 


You will conduct research and analysis on key topics to aid decision making within Leadership Team. Every successful business needs someone who is able to drive the structure, establish processes, and create efficiencies within the organization.


In this role, every day will be different some days you are an implementer, sometimes gatekeeper and other days the curious motivator. The continuous search for smoother, more efficient organisational flow will keep you highly engaged and motivated.


Your Responsibilities



  • Project Manage cross-functional / cross-engine initiatives

  • Orchestrate the recurring cadence of the company (Planning, Executing, Reporting)

  • Visualise and manage all project deliverables (project stakeholders, scope, timelines, budgets, plans, issues etc).

  • Drive transparent communication, workshops, meetings, documentation

  • Provide training for all impacted teams and the broader organisation.

  • Keep up-to-date roadmap of initiatives aiming at more organisational efficiency

  • Develop strong business understanding to be able to ask the right questions, describe the business needs, and implement the best solution.

  • Grow into a “Chief of Staff” within the Program Office engine, managing operations, initiatives and effective executive escalation


What we look for in you



  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 4+ years of Project Management Experience

  • Proficiency in Google Apps (sheets, docs, slides, drive)

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills.

  • Experience in designing and delivering impactful presentations, including trainings.

  • Ability to work independently and to interact with all levels of management.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering, People and Finance.


Bonus Points



  • Experience in a technology or SaaS company

  • Project Methodology certification (such as Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, Agile, PMP)
