Applications Services Team Employee - fluent in english

Tasks:

• Learning about enterprise wise software used to manage all the principal activities of the company


• Providing support to users from all departments, from offices all over the world


• Creating user friendly, effective documentation for the users


• Testing new developments/additions to our software


• Train our users on the new software


• Configuring our software

Profile:

• IT education background


• Very good English both written and spoken


• Ability to be both analytical and service oriented, concerned about the serving the needs of users


• Ability to be independent, take initiative, and work in a team


• Very good communication skills


• Knowledge of accounting basics


• Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel)


• Preferable previous experience working with a complex enterprise software


• Preferable experience in support roles


• Preferable basic sql knowledge


• Very good opportunity for a person to put use and enhance skills in communication and documentation, accounting, analyzing and understanding processes, software development and testing
